We’re about women. We’re about goals. We’re about running. Our primary goal is to provide women of all ages and fitness levels access to the sport of running as a means of achieving health and well-being, pursuing personal fitness goals, and connecting with other women.
GOALS
To promote women’s health and well-being through the sport of running
To provide women with a supportive environment in which they are
educated, guided, and motivated to run
To help women set and achieve running goals, including participating
in running events
To provide women with simple, safe, and effective running programs
To foster friendships among women in the running community
To promote the sport of running
